Once your design has been approved by yourself, an employee and/or a representative of your company, we cannot assume any responsibility for mistakes made in your design. For example, we cannot take responsibility for typing, spelling mistakes, image quality or design errors introduced by customers in the design process.

Because you have the final approval of your design, The Practice Marketers does not review each design document submitted so please be sure to review all aspects of your design prior to your approval.

*Although all effort is made to ensure color accuracy, a reasonable variation in color between your online proof and the completed work is always possible. Acceptable variation in color shall be the sole discretion of TPM.
